Rich, delicious butterscotch. We’re drawn to this gorgeous, glowing color year after year as we watch the autumn leaves turn to gold, enjoy early evening sunsets, and gather indoors around the fire. This sultry, buttery hue makes an appearance every fall in nature but also in fashion and interiors. We love it in wool, leather and cashmere and use it in small doses to warm up neutral spaces with cozy throws and pillows. We also love the history and pedigree of this color and it’s ability to add character to our designs with antique items in worn and weathered woods, pottery pieces, and gilded golds.

We looked to some of our design icons for their take on butterscotch and found we were in good company … a Celine coat and bag from the runway, a Ralph Lauren storefront in Paris, and the famous Pierre Jeanneret Chandigarh cane chair.

Butterscotch just works.
