Our clients for No. 014 were looking for a sophisticated, chic, and modern interpretation of a Colorado mountain retreat where they could entertain family and friends. When they purchased this home in Castle Pines it had all of the typical Colorado-themed finishes and rustic stone accents in each room. We were inspired by their love of the Colorado outdoors, while at the same, their polished and chic personal style.

They enjoy luxurious hotels and a bit of glam, so we went for some major drama in the great room with a massive chandelier, large-scale commissioned artwork, and custom lounge-style furniture in welcoming fabrics and curves. In order to enhance the architectural features and grand scale of the home, we selected beautiful slabs to surround the fireplace.

While glamorous, this home is definitely designed for comfort and hosting friends and family of all ages. Cozy, inviting, kid and dog-friendly, it is now a true Colorado retreat for entertaining and relaxing.
